Bob Huth Park

Versatile Structures is proud to have successfully erected a state-of-the-art shade structure at Bob Huth Park. This project aimed to enhance the park's functionality and provide a comfortable environment for park visitors, particularly in the playground areas. Bob Huth Park is meticulously designed to cater to a wide range of ages, boasting both a big and small playground area.

The big playground stands tall at three storeys high, offering an exciting array of activities for children. With two slides, a swinging bridge for climbing, and ample high climbing opportunities, it guarantees endless fun and adventure. Safety was a top priority, and the small playground features well-secured steps, ensuring that even little ones can crawl or climb up without any fear of falling off. This area also includes a small slide, interactive panels, and engaging elements such as a climbable dinosaur, a see-saw, a dinosaur rocker, swings, and a spinning swing.

To ensure the comfort of park visitors, the playground areas are predominantly covered by our carefully designed and installed shade sails. These shade structures offer protection from the sun's harmful rays while still allowing for ample natural light. Additionally, Bob Huth Park's parkland features open green spaces with strategically placed shade trees, further enhancing the overall comfort and aesthetics of the area.

Aside from the playgrounds, Bob Huth Park also offers dog exercise areas. It is important to note that dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise specified, and they are strictly prohibited in all children's playground areas. However, the City of Gold Coast provides numerous off-leash areas specifically designated for dog exercise, ensuring that both park visitors and their furry friends can enjoy their time at the park.
