Eskgrove Apartments

The body corporate at Eskgrove commissioned Versatile Structures to design, supply and install custom architectural screens as part of the apartment block’s acoustic amenities. Working with them, we submitted all development forms and designed a solid glass and aluminium structure to block noise and aid privacy. We successfully delivered an attractive external screening structure that minimises road traffic noise. The Mondoclad solid aluminium panels covered the southern elevation, a staircase and wrapped to the eastern side. We managed the difficult access and were able to fabricate and install all structural steelwork to engineer’s approval. Read more about screens and sun hoods here.
