Village Green is a new housing development at Palmview on the Sunshine Coast, South-East Queensland. The development is masterfully planned to encourage true connections between neighbours, offer urban conveniences and, of course, embrace the invigorating qualities of nature – a defining hallmark to be enhanced by the manicured streets and complimentary front landscaping for all villagers.

Versatile Structures was commissioned to custom design the entrance signage and enjoyed the challenge to get the complexity of the frame assembly visually perfect, to ensure all the circles appear as though they are sitting on each other, whilst being structurally sound. The steel substrate is cladded in fibre cement sheeting with knot wood feature battens and natural stone tiling.
